2 weeks and counting. deux semaines pour aller!

Well, well, well... two weeks to go till I am at the boarding gate. Phew, having the odd nervy spazz today. After 12 months or more of planning and waiting, and waiting it is almost time.

So, I am going to be residing in the small town of Bavay which,
to my limited geography is South East of Lillie, on the border

between France and Belgium. Alors!

I am to be hosted by College Notre-Dame de l'Assomption. This is a school that supports
the Comenius Project so I am really looking forward to seeing these rich learning tasks
at a global level. Apparently we are to be taken to Venray (The Netherlands)

for what seems to be a conference relating to Comenius. Super!

Therese from AFS, France, tells me Bavay is 2 hours to London
and 4 hours to The Netherlands. Perfect! I feel a little tourist
action may be occurring.

So, the next two weeks are most certainly going to be frantic,

hectic and exciting. I am still trying to get my suitcase under 20kg!

So to my French family, a bientot...really a bientot,
